nerf wasn't half as bad as I'd thought it'd be. I took FB and got a double-kill after early game. So my apologies for the nasty comment I left on the 4.13 notes.

Everything is in flux and champ could get nerfs, but due to other changes actually gets stronger (in the current meta).
