Taliyah

So, I love Taliyah, but ive definitely heard people's very very loud opinions about how shes "not the best all around champ" and i dont disagree, something believe that Riot could add to her kit that would cause her to be too over powered, would be to add the ability to use her W to knock yourself into the air slightly, nothing major, the same thought of a ziggs launch, but about the length of a kindred or riven dive, so only over specific slight walls. Just an idea to keep her lofty kitely mage-self going, while not keeping her in the bottom tier of champions.
