They would remove Flex long before removing Solo/Duo. Last season the community backlash for only Dynamic Queue was enormous, enough so that they brought Solo/Duo back this season and changed Dynamic to Flex.

Many.. MANY player want to show of their elo. That's totally fine, and I do it too. Having ONLY Flex, like last year dynamic, would be bad. You would not know who got "boosted". Every higher elo would be full of weaker player, that got only there by playing with premades, but do not know the game good enough to stay there and play there on their own.
