The Re-Work to compete.

This is about making ashe a more viable and competitive adc. Many reason to do this, but one glaring point is that many people will rage and BM players because they want to play ashe. this is unfair to those players and the make up of the game.

I would like to see ashe abilities as such:

Q - Same W - Same E - Remove hawk shot, replace with a lucian type dash or vayne style tumble. One other possible use is to have the hawk shot uncover a champion and give ashe a boost similar to jinx. all viable shills that would increase her ability to be relevant bot lane. R - Remove global Arrow, replace with a cait like Ace in the hole crit kill shot. Arrow through the heart!

Now ashe will have a chance to compete against other hyper carry adc's and the potential of ragers and BMers against ashe players will be less.
