Riot didn't change anything important. This season can't be called a new season or season 9 because it is S8 again. I will call it Season 8 part 2. Literally don't see any difference. Just junglers are more worthless bc EXP nerfs kappa
So just forget that games were made faster and that turret plating exists and that adcs got buffed. Not to mention ranked matchmaking got changed and placement system was changed. Ranked system overall was supposed to change but it was reverted because people don't want to be good at every role for some reason. Also jungle changes. They changed plenty.
I'm trying to think of a sport or game where "this can't be a new season, the rules didn't change" holds up.
It is Season 8S.
