I feel like Kayle is being neglected immensely.
She was completely out of meta this season until sated devourer which then got nerfed a patch or so later, making her unusable again. I forgot she was in this game until this morning. Holy crap.

Actually she got nerfed because of devourer than devourer got nerfed and she didnt get any compensation buffs.

She's... well, it's complicated.
Part of the problem is that she's so versatile: Her kit lets her do pretty much any role save that of pure tank, so changing any aspect of it has the potential to skew a lot of different areas of the game. You can build her like a bruiser, you can build her like an ADC, you can build her like an APC, you can build her like a burst mage, you can build her like an AS on-hit fighter, you can build her like a support... it's actually impressive.
That said, because she doesn't have a focused kit, she really only excels at countering telegraphed burst and assassins. She gives Veigar and Zed fits, for example, because they'll blow their entire load into her ult if she's paying attention. She also has some presence as a late-game powerhouse, thanks to her strong scaling.
Honestly, while I'd love to see a rework for her (just because I love playing her and I'd love to see what they'd do) I don't think she actually needs one.
