Viktor rework needs a bit more tweaking.

As a I can't seem to post on the other pbe central feedback site (because i never got accepted for PBE, after a year of singing up for it) I will post it here:

As a viktor main, I'm very happy with this rework! though i like all of the things you changed, I kind of wish he gets a bit tweaked, because he just seems too strong right now. I watched many video's, livestreams, etc. from people playing the reworked viktor. I see that 1 Q and AA late game can bring people's health down to 60-90% , some times even 1 shot someone! then they also still have the laser. Which also can bring people's health down to 50-80%. but the laser is Iconic for viktor, and on live right now I get to that point as well with the laser some times, so I won't complain about the damage from the laser too much. But for the Q, I think it's just too strong. Don't get me wrong, i love it when viktor becomes a strong champion, but right now its so strong that the champ will become a permaban, and after a permaban everyone knows what happens... ---> overnerfs. which means he will be weaker than he is on live right now. I really REALLY don't want that to happen. So to start of with this:

The Q AA seems way to strong with the lich bane. please consider to lower the damage from the AA with the lichbane. Maybe lower the damage a bit mid-late game.

The W is very cool, not sure if the knockup augment is a bit too much on 1 ability, could be considered OP since its just like orianna ult.

The E is very cool, I think this item should stay the same, I first didn't like that the DoT was removed, but after a few days I get used to it and I really like it. Maybe lower the damage a little bit of the augment, make it 35% instead of 40%.

The Ult is fine as it is I think, nothing to change there. Not sure about the silence removal, I really liked that short silence just like everybody else.

What I really like to see is if maybe something in his augment gives him magic penetration, because right now I see no way to get the right build with a void staff in it.

A build i use now on live viktor is:

• Hex core
• Deathcap
• Boots (sorcs)
• Liandries
• Zhonyas
• Void staff

In that build I make a tear early on, so that I don't have mana problems. And late game, i sell it to replace it with an item. Some times i don't buy void staff, because i already have liandries, I get rylais or lich bane.

A build I would get now for the reworked viktor would be:

• Hex core
• Lichbane
• Deathcap
• Boots (sorcs)
• Zhonyas
• Athene unholy grail.

Then when i need magic penetration, I need voidstaff (Liandries won't work anymore on reworked viktor, because there is way less DoT). but because all the items are so good on viktor, I can't swap any of those items for the void staff.

Lichbane IS needed for the Q aa TONS of damage. Deathcap is needed, because of the LOADS of AP it provides. Boots because speed. Sorcs for the early magic penetration. Zhonyas is needed to defend yourself for burst and AD. Athene, the mana regen and CDR is really needed for his Q to be almost up all the time.

The only items i could swap for a void staff is deathcap, which makes me have a lot less AP, I know the passive gives me a lot of AP though, so maybe it is worth it, in the long run. The second item i could swap would be athene's, but that would mean i can use my spells less often by a lot. But because I don't buy it on live viktor already, i think I would not need athene's that much. but the almost always up time of Q is so tempting to have. Always shielded, always movement speed boost, and loads of damage. which makes viktor SO strong.

Besides AP items the thing I thought about is remove my AP quints runes and replace them for Magic penetration quints which gives me both quints and marks as magic penetration, but if it is enough, I don't know.

If anyone else knows a better way to fit in void staff, please tell me.

Other than that, Keep up the good work! I really like the reworked viktor, will he be released on live next patch (4.17) ?
