Viktor missile speed reduced, does it affect his gameplay much?

On a site (http://www.newsoflegends.com/index.php/category/2-pbe-news/#1) I found out that viktor's E missile speed has been reduced a few days ago. (which i didn't see as note on surrender@20), and I was wondering if that is a lot of speed, and if people who played viktor on PBE and on live noticed a big difference when using the E?

A few questions:

Is it a lot harder to hit E now?
Did you notice the difference?
Does it feel too slow now?
Will it affect his gameplay much?

I would love to see a comparison video of live E missile speed and pbe missile speed next to eachother.

I can't remember what all the changes were in his initial rework, but they increased the speed on the "laser" from the beginning and I think the change you are seeing now is them realizing it was too fast and pushing it down a little so that it's still faster than live, but slower than the original PBE build. That or it was a change to the E augment delay which isn't really comparable to live's augment.

On the site it says they reduced it from what the live speed is right now. It says so at the "E" ability.

"[ Note ] Missile speed of base and augmented version decreased from 2000 to 1500 compared to live."
