So is it just me, or has Fizz gotten a little fustrating lately?

Since Ekko is usually banned, it seems that people have taken to tank fizz instead, and playing against it drives me insane. I see Fizz players usually max out cooldown reduction with items like iceborn gauntlet and CDR boots, and then double down on tank items. Then he feels impossible to kill between the constant troll polls and tankiness, all while taking me out rather effectively. Any tips?

The upcoming mage update gives some CDR to AP items. AP is lowered for those items but I can't imagine a fizz dashing/ jumping more often in a game.

Personally, I just wish Riot had a more viable way for detecting scripters as it is scripts that make champions like Fizz, Zed, and LeBlanc the most toxic.
