Just played a game on AP ezreal, and I'm pretty sure everyone else in that game had a shorter ult cooldown than I did. I think If we're going to give ez a 120 second cooldown on his ult (72 sec with full CDR), it should at least scale down to 100 seconds at max rank.
They didn't compensate AP Ez. They also ruined AP Kog though with that boring W-bot rework so I'm not surprised. I will say that most of their reworks like Graves and Corki are pretty good in concept.

Wasn't Ez in general compensated for that with his Q reducing CDs by an additional half a second? Doesn't sound like much on paper, but considering how often you can cast Q with any decent amount of CDR...
Never mind how many items grant CDR nowadays. Lich Bane, Nashor's, Zhonya's, Abyssal, Morello, CDR boots...
