LP Reduction on ranked. Looking for friends. Joining a ranked team.

So basically what happened was, I had tough placement matches, only won 2, lost 8 with generally good scores. I got placed Bronze V and thought well alrighty then. Played more matches, Would win 30 LP per win. Played more matches, Lost around 17 LP per loss. Got to my provisonals for Bronze IV, Matches: I go 14-7-9 around 17.9K gold. 2nd, 4-7-18 Passed provis, Next match, 9-2-6 Got 29 LP win. Next match 15-5-14 Got 26LP win. Now , 13-11-13 Got 14 LP on the win. Why is there a sudden LP reduction? Do I have to wait for a timer or something to continue winning at higher LP? {{Also, I've been finding my laning phases super easy, jungling around for kills easy, found a lot of toxic players and afk's along the way, failed provis for B4 once cause 1 match afk, 2nd loss we had an afk, then his sister played for him and she wasn't even B5 to say the least. The hardest thing is shot calling cause most of the teams don't listen in a lower elo, but so far i've enjoyed climbing up these rankings. My current KDA is 343-235-317 (
