I'd say it's a pretty close fight. If lucario gets to mega evolve, he'd probably take it, but if not, it would be interesting.

Rek'Sai definitely as the advantage in Tankiness and brute strength, but Lucario is more agile, and has more overall options, given his even Attack and Sp. Attack.

I think Lucario has the options to outplay the situation, but overall, Rek'Sai is too massive a foe for the 3'11" Lucario to defeat (or you could be reasonable and assume he's about human height, as pokemon sizes are crap, but point still stands). A monster the size of a house can't viably be taken down by a human sized anything, except maybe a human sized nuke.

Edit: Rek'Sai would also probably have the type advantage. Lucario is Steel/fighting while Rek'Sai is probably Ground/Fighting.

Shaco vs Snorlax Shaco would be Dark? Dark/Poison (Two-Shiv)? I'd bet on Snorlax.

IT'S LAWN CUTTING TIME

Note that I will do what I consider my current mains AND highest mastery. Will use multiple fav pokemon. I am not using real official sizes, but more like what I imagine them as.

Mastery - Kog'Maw VS Suicune. GOD, I will pay to watch this. Suicune would go fast at long range while kog attempts to hit suicune fast enough so she can't recover. Would be long and amazing, and really artillery heavy.

Current "Mains" - Master Yi VS Mewtwo. Again would pay to watch. Yi DOES have magic, as meditate is AP and HEALS HIM FASTER THAN USUAL, WITH DAMAGE REDUCTION, but Mewtwo may have enough psychic power to crush Yi's sword and win.

Twitch VS Xerneas. This... yeah. Rat gets crushed by like 20 foot deer. Move on.

Aaaaand

Anivia VS Yveltal. Battle of the skies. Creation VS destruction, in probably the most epic fight of all time. Anivia would attempt to wall Yveltal's lasers, and use Glacial Storms to slowly whittle Yveltal down with icicles. Yveltal would destroy the walls with impunity, and use a more burst-ish type of battle.

Dangit now I want a league pokemon crossover.
