in every freaking bracket. They buy their 3 %heal and shield items with full tank stats and literally can keep an entire team up through 3 MF ults back to back.
Wake the hell up.
No one should have their entire kit scale in POWER with defensive stats. That is why champs like malphite constantly got the nerf bat because their damage went up too much with pure tank items.

Moetaro3 votesWell, I would include janna in this list. But her success is not due to her shield, but due to her awsome engage/disengage. It lasts like 1-2 seconds, time enough to delete a complete team nowadays.
