i cant play jax top at all

Against tanks, you'll want lifesteal so you can fight them for a long period of time. is a good item in those scenarios.

Against other damage dealers, you'll want to build more tanky so you can survive the fight longer, and ould be a better item to get if that's' you're goal.

Either way, once you get one of those items along with Trinity Force (super important item), you want your build to be full tank. The first 2 are enough damage from your items and you passively do a lot of damage because of your ult. From there, you just do what Jax does: Be sticky and pummel someone to death.

Conquerors and bork. Take smaller trades and go for roams. Don’t try doing it all alone and play for late game.
