Pubstompers are basically champion that stomp with little to no bad match ups.
Commonly seen in low elo.
Darius, Yi, Teemo, Illaoi, Jinx (somewhat; she still has bad matchups), Malzahar, Yorick, Nasus, Xin Zhao, Wukong (same as Jinx), Fizz, Heimerdinger (falls off hard late game however), Annie (same as Jinx/Wukong), and Veigar (same as Jinx/Wukong/Annie).
