Um, compared to what? Senna who can perma-root from a screen away, Aphelios who glides along without pausing to stop for attack animations, or Vayne who can 100-0 a 'tank' with an E, Q and 3 autos?

There's so much unbalance in the game, it's hard to say which is which. It does seem like new characters all have super, lightning-fast animations, such that their abilities can practically be combined together. Old champs didn't exist like that, moves were far more telegraphed and had more cast time.

Cast speed is the most valuable stat in the game that cannot be itemized or runed for.

Youve faced one. Thats not a sample size you can come to any conclusion with.

I miss the tanky days

Sett is def on the underpowered side. He is not on par with what riot has been releasing lately. I have to say he needs a few buffs to be any viable in game. He has zero mobility and is one of the easiest champs to kite. Ranged and mobile champs destroy sett really bad and this is the current meta. He is one of the very few melee champs that is truly melee with no way of getting closer to the opponent and literally needs to be in their ass to be any useful. Again in a mobile champ meta he is very useless unless he is the primary tank but there are better tanks for that job already. Overall a very weak champ. I guess we can't get only op new champs haha. I think as a starter his ult can get a buff - shorter CD and longer range (+50%). This way he has some way of being useful without being in their ass. He is advertised as a tank killer but we already have kayn doing a significantly better job at that. I just don't see a place for Sett in the current meta. Maybe he needs a rework already lol.
