Did they remove the No Remake after First Blood?

I just had a game where our mid Riven got first blood, but they still remade. I don't really mind cause beating people to death in a 4v5 isn't very fun, but i was just wondering if they removed the No remake after first blood.

First blood only prevents /remake if it occurs before the players disconnects.
