why is it everytime the enemy team has a gp, that specific lane gets their ass camped?

is it because gp can singlehandely decide a teamfight or a gank with a point and click? or is it the infinite movement speed buff? or is it the crit barrels that you can dodge over and over until one of them hits late game and you lost half your hp? or is it the fact that he has a qss within his kit that makes him impossible to cc correctly? or is it the q spam over and over in lane?

tfw everytime i think im gonna get a skillful lane vs gp, hes duoing with the jungler.. he had a tf as his mid as well. i got dove mre than 4 times. atleast my jungler was smart and ganked other lanes correctly.
