Ranked is flawed

This might just be me, but I feel like ranked is flawed. It focusing on the win or lose of the match and not the skill of the individual player. I've been in too many matches where someone has fed uncontrollably while we focus on winning. I know its a game focused around teamwork but when a player refuses to cooperate or do anything but feed, its hard for the rest of us. I might just be ranting cause im frustrated at the moment, but doesnt anyone else relate?

Ranked is not flawed and works on a cruel but working system.

The simple fact is is that if you are really above your current position and deserve to climb then you can win games regardless of your teams performance, if you start needing teammates to do well along with you to win games then it means you are currently in or near the division you should be in skill wise.

Point of game is winning. If it focused on individual plays, then everyone would be just focusing on farms, their KDA, they wouldnt take any risky fights, they wouldnt group... What you do alone is irrelevant, what you do as part of team matters. Winning your lane, and not utilizing that lead while opponent who won their lane does utilize it, is pointless

in the end, you win or lose. That is what matters. Athletes are praised for what their team does in the end.

While I agree the ranked system is flawed, it is still however a effective system to determine the best from the worse, for in the end any challenger could kick any of our asses with only one hand
