at minimum hes completely broken to the point if they get him and i beat him in levels kills and farm and he finishes that one item i die no matter what not cause hes outplaying me but because the champion itself is broken.

His one skill scaling with AP isn't quite as op as Shyvanna's two skills scaling with AP, but it definitely puts him ahead of Riven's 0 skills scaling with AP.
But no, I was making fun of OP 'cause Sion's current meta build that everyone's complaining about gets about 0 damage from ratios, relying on his high base damage and hp scaling to bully his lane opponent. Not only would it be a ridiculous overreaction of a nerf, it would also have next to no impact on how Sion works right now.
