You toxic if you troll. Trolling is making the enemy win.
There are zero other ways to be toxic. Punishing people over anything else make you a petty child.

Getting mad occasionally isn't toxic and should be forgiven, doing it in a lot of games should be punishable. People are not robots. People have problems and sometimes people snap, that does not make them toxic and if they didn't use hate speech should be forgiven.
Doing it too often should be punished not 2-4 times on a bad day.
zPOOPz2 votesThis is exactly how Rito's punishment system works though. It is based on frequency x severity. If you are only mildly toxic, you would have to build it over many games before being punished. If you are extremely toxic or using zero tolerances phases, then you will be punished off of one game.
This is how irl works. If you steal on occasions, you get a fined or community service at best. If you do it frequently enough, you'll be jailed. If you punch someone in the face even just once, you will be jailed for assault and battery.
Sure people are not robots and everyone get mad at the game almost frequently. I don't accept that everyone needs to lash out in-game at their teammates/enemies. There are other ways to channel your anger that does not affect the game or your account status. We all would love to have that shiny item in the store for free or punch that asshole in the street/road/workplace, but you bet the vast majority of us don't act on the urge to steal or assault someone without consequences.

Considering they punish you over like 4 games ina single day they are overzelous. You can go six years or more with no punishments have a single horrible day get on get trolled snap not even that badly and you get punished. Simply put this game punishes people for being human. Not for being toxic.

Using % of overall games as a metric for judging behavioral consistency is a bad idea. Period. A four-game streak of toxicity is a four-game streak of consistent toxicity. It should not be ignored.

No games had cursing, No games had more than 5 messages sent, no games had insults. Merely questioning the players actions, or making commentary like " There is no way we can win with a 0-12-3 adc. "

Disagree. I got suspended for two weeks and reason cited was intentionally feeding and one of the games cited I had 0 deaths.
Maybe the system has worked well for you and you haven't been punished but I venture say your percentage on claims is a bit off. I've found half a dozen cases of bans overturned(clearly wrongful bans) and haven't seen anywhere near the 60,000 complaints.

zPOOPz1 votesI don't know what to tell you. Simply watching a match history stats do not tell the whole story for a 41 minutes game. You will have to submit a support ticket or get on live chat to ask for an explanation.
You could be shown the wrong game in your report card (it happens every now and again), You could be giving us a different game to deceive us (like that never happened before on this board) You could had a few brief moment of gameplay trolling that was detected (does not necessary have to be inting) The system could made a poop and judged you wrongly (also happened before).
Many possibilities that an end game match statistics cannot convey without actually watch the whole replay. One thing is certain. You did something that warranted at least one of your teammate or the enemy to report you and that something was judged to be in violation of Rito's rules. That's something a match history cannot tell us (also a very very low chance the system could pooped or gave you the wrong game history).

The first half I agree with that somebody reported me.
I remember both these games very clearly as my ADC was flaming me for basically the entirety of each of these games. I believe in both games there was someone from our team that joined in on the flaming.
I don't know how familiar you are with ADC/Support in bronze elo but for me as someone who plays off "meta" supports typically I get this type of interaction about 1 in 5 to 1 in 10 games. It doesn't really drop off much when I play "meta" supports either. The only chat I typed was to say "I was trying the best I can." and maybe another line to say I was muting.
So I guess my main question is: How am I supposed to handle these 10%-20% of games where I'm being flamed, blamed, and teammates are lobbying for reports?
I've tried responding back to people who lie about what's happening in games and received a chat ban. I've also tried not saying anything negative and playing my best and I receive a two week suspension for "intentionally feeding" one game of which I had no deaths. What are the alternatives?

But all you can do is mute and report them afterward. There is no reason to respond to them and who cares if they lie. It is not your teammates or enemies who will judged whether you will be punished or not. it's the system who will be the judge and you should not give it any reason to think you deserve the punishment by responding to toxicity with toxicity. Who cares if your teammates or the enemies believe the lie???
As far as getting 14-day for "intentionally feeding", as I've already said, kda or inting is NOT the only thing in that category. There are also gameplay trolling and griefing that have nothing to do with kda, feeding, or inting. I don't have access to your replay so I cannot suggest one way or the other. You will have to wait for support to get back with you to that.
I can tell you that I had feed my ass off in many, many, many games where I did badly or massively outplayed and get threatened with report by multiple people. Not once did I get so much as a warning because none of my deaths are intentional. If you randomly look at ANY person's match history on this board, they will also find many, many, many games where they feed their ass off too and I bet the majority of them do not get punished (there will be some who did because they intentionally feed...).

I started playing LoL when I was 17, now i'm 26.
You think I haven't had a bad day during all this time ? My record losing streak is 23 back in 2014. I still kept it cool I've had multiple trolls games in straight lines
I'm still studying in university. I work 4 days per week and attend 2 classes.
If I snap, I take a break, I don't unleash my rage in game. I took a 1 month break not so long ago, I went and explored other games such as DoTA 2, played on my nintendo Switch, spent more time with my friends.
