I say the first Change to Cass will happen in Spring and will only be about % Ms or Slow Changes to Q/W and maybe 5 manacost reduced on E...
Maybe she gets another nonsense "Rework/Tweak" in the End of Summer/Autumn which brings 1. Again some Kind of stupid MiniGame 2. Or take even more power to her E and give her Passiv some CDR buffs...
Cass "had" to be updated, so they took a Guy which had 0 clue about Cassiopeia and let her get a less oppressiv/pokey early ( because low elo was crying about Op because the ate 10 Q´s ) and gave her way to much Power shifted into her E which is BY FAR the most anoying,unskilled,frustrating and boring Skill in the whole Game!
Its Point&Click, deals No dmg or TOO much dmg, Cant get playd around ( expect Fizz E or Yasuo W ), cant get outplayd, and is extremly unfun for both sides.
Even Scripters dont play her anymore because she is that unreliable, even with Scripts because of over 9000+ Mobility Items,New Champs, Champ reworks.
Thats anoying, sad, boring and even from a WinRate perspectiv really bad... 45% Winratio atm... with almost no player base because the hard work you have to put into Cass doesnt pay off...
