As the title says. I have been cheated. It started when a friend of mines said we should do a gift for gift thing. He told me he wanted a mystery skin and he would gift me one back. He also said that if I gave him Knock Out Lee Sin I would be gifted a legendary skin. So I gifted him the skins he wanted and I was just waiting to get mines. Then all of a sudden he removes me from his friends list and logs off. It's been a day and I still didn't get my skins. I don't know if this goes against the summoners code or not but I just want to know if he can be punished for it or not.

that blows, unfortunately that kind of conduct isn't part of the Summoners Code, I know I checked...online (if you know where that phrase is from kudos to you). But who ever scammed you is a piece of trash of a human being so good luck and dont trust random friends, unless they had sent you the skin first would have been the better action, but the smartest would have been "nah bro im good"

I'm pretty sure nothing can be done on Riot's end, sorry. The good news is you have learned a very valuable lesson, never trust "friends" you have never met.

I don't think Riot has ever done anything about these cases, because they have no part in personal, informal agreements made between two players. At best, it's possible you might be able to either use refunds on the skins you had bought this person (though I've heard rumors that refunds aren't available for gifts), or else send in a support ticket to see if they can help.

I'm sorry you got scammed but cmon think about it. Knockout lee sin is 1350 RP he's promising you a legendary skin which is 1820 RP so why would he do that when he could just buy it himself?
