I just like to know why?

I would seriously like to know why we are screwing with Miss Fortunes numbers still how many times is she going to get screwed with before Riot stops. First she now has the lowest base damage for being an adc besides one other one I believe. But jinx and kalista got a increase to their base damage this just doesnt make sense to me. They are now lowering the attack speend on her W which doesnt bother me all that much. But they are lowering her slow on her E, Make It Rain (E) slow reduced to 28/36/44/52/60% from 40/45/50/55/60%. Like seriously riot that is her only form of a get away cause her W passive is unreliable cause all you have to do is look at Miss Fortune wrong and she loses it. This might not seem like a big deal for a lot of people but I main Miss Fortune since before her rework which i wasnt to fond of especially how they made her walk, but to someone who has adored Miss Fortune for a while now it just saddens me to see so much happening to her for no reason I can think of. And I would just like a explaination on why this is nessacary.
