Chromas on new champ select

With the new draft and ranked champion selection how are you suppose to use your chromas? I have one for lucian and when I click on the skin tab his other skins are there but I havent seen a way to select chroma or colors. Is this something they havent added yet or just a bug with it atm? Cause its going to be very upsetting if I am unable to use something that I paid for.
