Can Someone Help Me Understand this?

So I am having a problem understand the items/runes in this game. For instance, I will be running the tenacity runes on both Resolve + Precision. So I get 30 from Precision, and 20 from Resolve. But when I go to look at my total Tenacity, it says I have 44 despite it saying I have 20 + 30 tenacity from both the runes.

Another thing is the movement speed. Ill have like 500 movement speed, then I buy Mobi Tabis and it gives me 540 or something like that. I dont understand this

ok so Tenacity is added multiplicatively so you will never see true additive gains so that is working as intended and movement speed has a soft cap at 415 where all bonuses that would put you between 415 and 490 will only give you 80% of the bonus and any further bonus ms that would put you over 490 gets hit with a 50% reduction

That's because tenacity from unflinching is gained as lonf as your summoner spells are on CD. Both on CD - Max tenacity from Unflinching isngained, one Summoner, half of maximum bonus gained from Unflinching, no Summoners on CD, then no tenacity is gained from Unflinching.
