It's really all just enough practice and mechanics. I can guarantee if you're strong enough to belong in Silver then you can easily leave Bronze. In all honesty, if a player was skilled enough to move up to Gold/Plat/Diamond they could 1 v 5 a Bronze team. Moving up in ranks means that you can make your way up to Silver by communicating effectively with your team.

Now take that with the fact that you're not 1 v 5ing you have 4 other "meat shields" as one would call them to help make your progression to the high ranks easier. It's a pretty funny way of looking at your teammates, but it might boost your ego and self confidence enough to believe in yourself that you belong in a higher tier. Not too sure it applies to the higher ranks, so don't get used to looking at your teammates as walking health bars that buy you time to DPS.

If a lane is struggling (something that you should pick up on your way up the ranks is when to look at the map and see if a lane is struggling holding their own or not) then you should think about what you can do to help out. If you help out, you might SAVE the lane, which in turn means you have one less problem. If all three lanes win, you win the game. It's usually that simple, unless you throw, which is a different topic altogether. This is especially true for mid and top lanes. Mid lane has the ability to roam freely to top and bottom lane depending on their current laning situation. If you see one of these lanes struggling you should make an effort to push out your lane as far as possible and then begin roaming to that lane to attempt a gank.

For top lane, you of course have teleport at your disposal and you should coordinate with your bot lane to ward one of the lane bushes. By doing this, especially if they put it far enough you can essentially turn bot lane into a 3 v 2 whenever your teleport is up. Even better is if your champion can INTERRUPT your counterpart top laner's teleport thereby putting their bot lane at a disadvantage. This is how you plan and make plays.

Bot lane doesn't really "roam" per se, and it's usually a little bit of an island for the first half of the game. However, it's important to realize that at some point nothing really happens for a while. It's hard to notice but it becomes a bit of pointless farming bot lane (CS is never pointless but there are other things that are more important and could be done if a lane is relatively pushed already). It's moments like these, usually around 15-16 minutes into the game that bot lane should probably join up mid lane and begin pushing in.

Dragon's important. Keep that thing warded 24/7. Surprised I never see this done. It stops ganks from the river and keep the dragon protected from sneaky attempts. PSA: Ward dragon as soon as it spawns.

These are just some tips I feel might not really be enforced or experienced in Bronze but will definitely help make you a better player and a better teammate and both of those are necessary for you to move up to a better rank.

I joined League near the middle of Season 2 and after reaching level 30 near the end finished in Bronze for Solo Queue and Twisted Treeline. Season 3 I made it to Platinum, but it took me the entire season to accomplish (I barely made it before the Season ended). And Season 4 I finally broke through and made it to Plat months before the end of the Season, and did it fairly easily. I'm pretty confident I'll never get put in Bronze ever again, although I am currently in Silver 3 (Placed in Gold V, demoted 2 tiers, nothing new for me, it always takes me a few months to get back to where I was).

I just thought some helpful tips might be useful since I think you can get yourself out of Bronze, I think the system is fine and rewards work and dedication with an appropriate rank. The only kinks that need to be worked out are how legit AFK's are handled (I didn't go down from Gold V to Silver III based on nothing haha, Riot threw me a series of 6 afk games in a row which were certainly something new).

Good luck! <3
