Only skill shot is chain which is last to get leveled anyway. Extreme mobility and burst with next to 0 counter-play available. Auto q-(r)q-electro will force you out of lane with only lost chapter. I don't see any reason whatsoever for her to stay so busted.

Suggestions

R shouldn't count towards electro proc -Give a timer for how soon she can return to her original W. Allows champs who can't jump two screens and one shot you a chance to fight her before she w's back out of range. This would make it much more of risk/reward skill and punish LB for being greedy or overstepping. -Lower W and/or Q range

I really don't wanna hear another "oh LB has no wave-clear just shove her and go roam". Like if you've played LB you know her wave-clear isn't really even that bad. You can w-r(w) and kill the whole wave and still have your r back up for the next fight too.

Le blanc has a 47% winrate in your elo. In fact, she maintains about 47% winrate in every elo from iron to Masters+. She's currently sitting at 114/145 compared to the entire roster.

A champion being annoying and you personally being unable to deal with a champion doesn't make that champion overpowered.

She should sit below a 50% win rate because she’s not a super easy champion to master. That’s how it should be. Champs that are difficult to master should never be above 50% WR. That’s what makes those types of champions good. A casual that’s never played a champ shouldn’t be able to lock in someone like Lb, GP, flora, etc. and win over 50% of their games. Champs that take no skill to play shouldn’t be above 50% WR either. Winrate doesn’t always reflect champion balance. Thanks for wasting my time having to explain that.

Champions who are actually hard to master have increasing winrates the higher in elo you go. Qiyana goes from 42% winrate in iron to 52% in Masters+. Rengar goes from 47% to 52%. Leblanc stays at 47% which indicates that player skill isn't a significant enough factor to make a difference.

Actually every high elo player will recommend that bad players like yourself in low elo should stick to easy champions because they win so often. Easy champions like Garen Jinx MasterYi all have high winrates that decrease the higher elo you go.

Winrate/pickrate is literally the only tangible aspect in regards to balance. So it's pretty impressive how wrong back-to-back you managed to be.

Not gonna lie, this level of attacking someone just makes nobody want to listen to your point. They made points, you made "points" back at them that didn't dispute what they said, and then posted 2 comments having a dick measuring contest instead of saying anything logical. Boards aren't for you to get hysterical when someone makes a passing dig. Yeah, they shouldn't have said that, but I mean you refused to listen to Keiaga originally before that comment so you still look like the wrong one here.
