Hey, Leblanc is overpowered, hear me out.

Only skill shot is chain which is last to get leveled anyway. Extreme mobility and burst with next to 0 counter-play available. Auto q-(r)q-electro will force you out of lane with only lost chapter. I don't see any reason whatsoever for her to stay so busted.

Suggestions

• R shouldn't count towards electro proc -Give a timer for how soon she can return to her original W. Allows champs who can't jump two screens and one shot you a chance to fight her before she w's back out of range. This would make it much more of risk/reward skill and punish LB for being greedy or overstepping. -Lower W and/or Q range

I really don't wanna hear another "oh LB has no wave-clear just shove her and go roam". Like if you've played LB you know her wave-clear isn't really even that bad. You can w-r(w) and kill the whole wave and still have your r back up for the next fight too.
