There is no reason a champion with only ludens echo should be able to hyper jump two screen, press Q, auto attack, E(or R), proc electrocute, and teleport back two screens away, literally one shotting anything under 2000 hp.
I believe you are using the word "literally" without knowing what it means
True. When i see leblanc on enemy team i tell my midlaner that i won't be ganking them. The champ is literally ungankable.
I mean story wise she is a really strong champion, now gameplay wise she really fits her story. + she is really fun to play :D.
Their bigger concerns than LB... like
