Afk farming in jungle role should be a bannable offense.
This meta is spam ganking meta not afk farming meta. Punish these bad junglars, ruining games.

Not every jungler spam ganks though. Master yi and shyvana power farm a lot instead of ganking. Also kills don’t win games. Objectives win games. I would rather have a jg that ignores my lane and gets drags and rift then one that doesn’t get objectives and spam ganks.
Junglers have no obligation to gank Jungle was created as an alternative method of income, not as a slave to the laners.
Considering you can't queue up a series of commands to reliably execute unless you're running a botting program, a jungler that's actively farming isn't AFK to begin with.
Just because they're putting a priority on their scaling over trying to save your feeding lane doesn't make them AFK or bad junglers.
Buff AFK jungling IMO. I am tired of the gank meta. Junglers are consistently nerfed and then told to carry the game.
its bannable if they do it everygame low damage and low winrate and participation in objectives taking is griefing
Not all junglers can get by on constantly ganking like J4 or Kindred. Piss off and stop trying to win by having 20 kills ahead of enemy team.
