Champion Select additional feature

I love the new champion select a lot since it came out this season. There is something I'd like to change though which is the ban phase. It would be nice if your team could NOT ban a champion that's being hovered by a teammate. I've had a game with a pre-made group had the choice of all three bans and they used it on every champion I hovered. They'd even say sorry sarcastically even though the champions aren't ban worthy.

Short: Unable to ban champions hovered on your team during the ban phase.

And I know some people just don't want to play with yasuo or riven on their team, but it's an idea.

I dislike this idea. If last pick has a high priority champ hovered, and we don;t have first pick (or our first rotation isn't communicating that they are willing to pick and trade), then it's much safer to ban them. It would basically guarantee the enemy team gets to have them.

If the other team does first pick, then doesn't that give more time to come up with something to counter it. That's kind of why it isn't good to say first pick Riven due to strong counters like Malphite. Couldn't you come up with the strategy of leaving more high priority champs to pick in return? Its like give one high and receive 2 other high priority champs. This is just and idea overall. Trying to eliminate the same situation that occurred to me in my previous post. I do agree this takes more communication but I dislike teammates possibly remove your pick, even if you have first pick blue side.

I'm not sure if it's the time I play league, but more and more this type of ban has occurred. I've been hovering a champion that I could play but don't plan to and it happens to be ban by my own team. Thankfully I'm baiting it and able to still pick something I really plan to play for rank. There needs to be some kind of solution to this.
