Shen q cd bug
I recently played a shen game where the auto attack doesn't reduce the cd of my q. If someone could look into this that would be nice.

Not suppose to. No bug.
Where does it say anything about your AA's reducing your Q's CD..? His AA's reduce his passive's CD, doubled when AA'ing while your W is up.
