We are consistently losing teamfights either by 2-3 dying or losing by the edge. There is no way having more damage will help you, because guess what. You go back and buy damage, the team who just flat out beat you is going to buy damage as well. Guess what,the car that has an engine problem may go a few extra miles when buying gas but the car whose engine is almost perfect will run much further than you. You should fix your engine so you'll be closer to an even playing field.
i.e Riven players who feed but think a completed damage item will change their 0/6.

Hey mid-laner who goes 10/2 or 20/2 but wonders how they lost. You did nothing.

That's nice dude but what did you do with your gold advantage and level advantage? : I killed more people.
But did you get any objectives? Did you push your own mid tower? Did you roam bot lane to pick up two free kills, a tower and a drake? Did you know there was a top lane? : But dude..... look at my 6 minute

To the toplaner swain who fed singed and complained that bot fed as well. Yeah we fed, we fucked up. That's what we had in common. Know the difference? We applied pressure. We got both bot towers, first drake, we pushed mid for the zed and guessed who got your top tower. We did. Who just fed swain in lane ten times over, you did. Who wasted TP into an unwarded jungle, die to 5 people and gave up drake/tower? You did.
