Ekko Buff Incoming

Not really needed in my opinion, but I guess Riot wants to see him in worlds?

everyone is saying he won't be busted so whatever i don't care anymore.

He didn't NEED it per so but he wasn't really worth picking in Diamond+ other than for one tricks. In Masters+ especially, it seems he struggles and everyone is at least that level of skill at Worlds. They want him to be a worthwhile pick for pro play and this gives him more of a niche (might make going for big plays mid-late more worth too). Also, his W has a lot of counterplay with the 3 second delay and Ekko physically having to enter it. You can hear a sound when he casts it as well as see his clone throw it. The fact that you can now see the clone throw it even in a bush with no vision is either a stealth nerf or a bug.

Anyway, I doubt it's going to make him OP. He used to have a 2.25 second W, a slow on passive and so much more. If needed, they could always reduce it to 2.0 seconds or perhaps just have it increase at certain levels so as to not gimp his late game playmaking too much.
