New Klepto Looks Really Bad
Half of the time you're not even getting the rune that you want. It's useless most of the time. It was a "cute" attempt but certainly not the right one.

Better than it being, "Oh, I get a free extra 500 gold out of hitting you with my autos, good luck trying to catch up to my itemization hehe ex dee"
Klepto shouldn't even be in the game.
Even if you're only getting a rune you want half the time, that's still more useful keystone uptime than virtually any other keystone. Besides, you should be taking it on champs that can use all the keystones, like Pantheon.
Honestly I think Klepto should either just be only items or be gold but very minor
Being "LUL its all the other keystones" just makes it an inconsistent, worse version of any of those keystones. And it has a cooldown that's longer than some of those keystones. Its hot garbage.
Like I know people hate Klepto generating gold but that's the reason why it was useful. Maybe if it was just a flat amount of gold instead of LULZ RNG 5-100 GOLD PER BAG you could actually find a number thats fair. That way you're getting a fixed amount of gold that can be buffed or nerfed and its opportunity cost can be compared to other keystones that often give stats or effects that can be compared in value.

Fuck Kleptomancy. This braindead rune has been an issue since its inception, and I'm glad Kayle and other ranged top laners won't be able to abuse it for free money anymore.
They should rework it into "Frostfang" 400g item that we can upgrade... Instead they nerfed support item to the ground. This way support item would remain but Support Champion would not have a keystone 🤣
Or just give some of effects from frostfang into klepto. Like this gold and damage that was removed. What was that? 2g and wet noodle?

Still klepto has been a problem for a long period now. I like the concept of the rune, it can just be balanced if needed!
