Theres nothing inherently wrong with Aery on Kai'Sa.

And sometimes people tilt and have a bad game.

Also their team on average were way higher ranks than yours.

Blame Riot for setting matchmaking so you don't go too far over 50% win rate and/or start playing with people around your skill level and your teammates around theirs.

Stupid balancing people doing balancing things based on basic logic and stuff. God.
