Riot Please Help Me

I have 3 chests that ive earned from playing, yet from all the games i play i still yet to receive any key fragments. I play pretty often, and from the whole time ive only been able to open 1 chest other than the free key, and that was right after it came out. Now(month or so) i still have the chests and refuse to pay money just to get champion shards. Please help me.(And thanks)
