So What's the hardest adc to master?

Really depends. Some people are better with certain adcs than others so I'm not sure there really is a #1 hardest adc, since some people have an easier time learning and some don't.

If I had to pick though, out of personal experience, Draven and Corki are tough for me to play

Easily it is Draven. He requires mastering a mini-game that does not transfer across different ADCs. He also doesn't have a great escape and no AoE damage like other ADCs.

I mean by him auto attacking more damage is not being dealt to more targets than whom he initially targets, llike a jinx, tristana, or sivir. Most of his attacks are meant to target one person with relatively low AoE coming from skills.

varus he is weaker then all the other adcs brings nothing that other adcs cant do but better

Kalista Draven are the most mechanically intense but admittedly if you find success with them you could probably play any adc.

Varus Twitch are next in difficulty but only because they are kinda clunky

In the current state of the game though (OP bruisers and tanks and assassins everywhere) its actually really hard to do well with Twitch KogMaw Ashe Jinx MissFortune because they are sitting ducks.

Yes draven is considered to be the hardest adc, followed by vayne and kalista. But the other things he said weren't really true.
