Got leaverbuster, okey. waited 20 minutes, okey. 6 min in queue , okey. then i get an afk CHECK for a mili second and it says i declined it. gotta wait another 20 min . ;=;

I've had this type of stuff happen to me too. When I had 20 min wait timer for 5 games I just played them all in bots. Played it it bots so that I could instantly get queue and not have to play a long ass game preventing me from playing the rest of my games.
Riot this is frustrating, ANOTHER 20 min http://prntscr.com/dfnviv shit failed again for no reason.
I played with you in ranked you played thresh or something because of auto fill. :p
For temporary measure, do a bot game. It still counts as a match made game.
If you are in a queue with a friend and they leave, the time will reset. If you wait the entire time then cancel it to invite a friend, you have to wait the full time again. It's so dumb. Leaverbuster should totally feel bad because leaving games is awful and people need to be punished for that, but it's so hard to get rid of :/
