Instead of relying on angry trolls on the message boards...

Why can't Riot implement the in-game surveys with meaningful questions such as "What is your biggest complaint about the game?" with several detailed answers to choose from, rather than the generic in-game surveys we randomly get? Even limiting the surveys to Honor level 2 and above would sort out some of the trolls from those surveys.

Rather than skimming the forums and sorting through a minority of players who are angry.. detailed, routine in-game surveys can provide a more accurate line of feedback.

Sample Question: How do you feel about the recent changes to Dark Harvest?

Sample Answers (check all that apply) :-It's weak- -Feels fair- -The damage bonus is too high - The method in which stacks are accrued is too easy - Other ( insert comments ) - etc.

If Riot truly cares about the player experience, I feel as if this (if results were taken seriously) could be a step in the right direction.

This is probably just a pipe dream of trying to revive a game I have lived and loved for the past few years , however, at this point any inkling of actual transparency would be appreciated.
