When did they change Shen to be utterly useless?

Sup,

when did they rework shen to make him utterly useless?

Before Shen's W used to call that Sword to him, but now it doesnt even reach him. The Cast time on Skills is way too high now.

When i try the E+W+Q Combo the E triggers to late, the W doesnt trigger at all. What the actual fuck Riot.

Or when you used the ulti before, you could press E in advance to make Shen dash in that direction.. now it cancles the ultimate

or is this because of the surgeon skin?

Shen's W has never called his Spirit Blade to him.

Shen's W is delayed when activated away from himself/allies. There's a 2 second delay, so if you press W you won't block autoattacks until you're in the field or you call your blade to yourself.

You cannot cancel out of Shen's ultimate unless you're displaced by an enemy. Using any ability during the channel stalls the ability until after the channel is finished. Here's video proof of that (sorry about my music in the background):

I don't know what this means. Are you saying it's a bug with the Surgeon Shen skin? I don't have that one but I'd recommend going into a practice tool game to test this. It doesn't happen with Pulsefire, TPA, Warlord, Yellow Jacket, or the base model.
