Gold 1 promos, getting matched with Silvers

I know how MMR functions Either I am somehow that bad that for some reason as Gold 2 I have Silver MMR Or They as Silvers have Gold MMR

But when I have Gold MMR it becomes a problem

Why am I getting matched with Silver players It would be somewhat justifiable if I played any role other than support But how can you justify being intentionally matched with Silvers that then Intentionally lose you the game and then blame you for playing badly while you as a support manage to have a better score than them (their being 11/17 and 7/13)

Why is this? I know that promos matches you with people that are worse than you (which shouldn't be a thing) but to be matched with people this bad in this low of a division is just dumb

I am posting this here because I seriously want to discuss on the matter and Gameplay section seems to fit this the best If I posted it in RANT, noone would discuss everything because it would be seen as venting

I recall one instance while ranking one of smurfs that I got queued with a bronze 1 even though I was gold. I checked their match hist they were not winning like a smurf. I I can't even duo with them (not that I would ever want to) but they get queued in my game. Riot's matchmaking is 100% shit and its amazing they can't factor in things like loss streaks, people playing 1st time champs etc, and 0-12 kdas to balance out the teams.
