upcoming rune update and level update is unfair

i sent a message to riot support and they said they dont talk directly to the dev team and i should post on the forums so they might see it, so i am here. they also said they are getting alot of messages saying the same things i am saying.

the level changes are unfair just because someone with 1000+ hours will be the same starting out as a new player, the veterans should be noticed for their time spent if you are updating the game to a new level system.
I dont mean boost the people with 1000s of hours to a higher level, they still start at 30, but they should have different looking level icons, maybe Red colored instead of normal, or watever color, they should look different. The suggested "solution" now is give the vets icons or on their profile what season they joined in. This is a pretty lame solution and is pretty bs seeing as people have smurfs from early seasons, the real thing that should matter is "how many games have they played/hours played"

No one wants an icon and the "joined x season" should already be on their profile to begin with, dont use it as a reward for vets that is not cool, lazy and leaving your most loyal player base sour.

Speaking of not cool, moving on to IP returns:

if you have everything unlocked like me, all runes/pages that took around 550k ip, im pretty sure thats the right number give or take, dont quote me on that but yes, 550k ip.

You guys are only giving 150k ip back.

Thats like -400k ip into the void

Some people spent money on IP boosts and the mystery group champion skin boosts to get all that ip.

This is unfair and people are pretty mad, just read comments from the old players, the 100s of thumbs of on youtube is 100s of dollars per thumbs up people have spent, new players arnt complaining about this.

The vets are not happy at all, all other games give more recognition to their vets, im not saying give us rewards but you should make the vets level icons different. The enemy team can already see champion mastery and honor level, let them see the Vets hard earned level icon.

Like really you cant just make the players happy? Keep my 400k ip just pls dont start the vets out with a new level system without changing what their icon looks like. To get the changed level icon to vet u should have 1000+ hours in old level system.

One day those vet icons will be rare and cool to see if you did do it, either way im pretty salty but not raging mad. Hopefully you take all these complaints seriously as they are from OLD players not new ones. Thanks bye.

PS. important: Doing your new level system without recognizing vets will cause (salty) new players to say things such as: "you are a noob, i am level 40, and you are only level 35" but in a less nice way.....most vets dont say anything like "yea well im a big nerd nd been playing forever u should listen to me" because they have just been playing for along time and dont care the same way about calling someone a noob.

so the noobs are guna call the vets noobs, u will see im not joking, even more so than they already do but now they will be serious because they will have a number they can use.

u guys shoulda just made a skin for all the people who had tons of runes if u didnt wana give ip back, some Rune Master Skin for watever champ........Nd give vets the red level icon
