League has become boring

Iv played this game since it came out and this is the most boring and unfun its ever been, i will list my reasons below.

-no new game modes, and i dont feel like playing league every weekend just to be able to (wut happend to bilgewater, u guys used it one time WTF) -balance- nothing is op anymore its all boring watered down unique passive

  • hextech items suck and spell vamp was way more fun, why do they have to be unique passives? BORING (i actually asked riot and they blamed VLAD for removing spell vamp.....ummm theres like 130 characters but you remove an entire FUN mechanic of the game because of him?) -gold (ur probably not going to get the build you were going for by the time the game ends, before you could AND you even sold your boots for a different item, common occurance) -champion mastery- this just makes me angry im not even going to comment about it, you know whats wrong -blueside vs redside- can you guys make the camera rotate finally? maybe remake the entire game if you have to its been years and at this point theres no excuse, one side has an unfair advantage its apparent to the entire community besides riot who says its not

TLDR: riot removed too much fun things and didnt add fun things to replace them, the game is balanced to the point of being boring (remember deathfiregrasp, or stacking items?, was alot of fun.....)

anyways, rant over, this is just making me too sour, id like to log in and play some league right now but its just so damn boring

wow, i didn't know this. Riot has removed a lot of unique spells/items because they were "anti-fun", but let's be honest nowday champs are way more anti-fun.

but thanks to the custom games of dota2 someone is trying to do a game mode where originals league champs fight with dota2 items unfortunatly. Can't wait to play old kassadin.

I concur entirely, the ridiculousness that's been going on has been disheartening at best.

  • Also no new maps either, back in season 4 I had asked their post on redoing the rift why they weren't making a new map instead, they never answered. Then as you said they made a new map that was beautiful, and got used for a week then scrapped.
  • I still agree the spellvamp removal was bogas, they should've removed critical chance or lifesteal since both make & break games faster.
  • And finally I'd say what riot is trying to do with the game; making the game shorter via turning a snowball into an avalanche. Seriously most games are disgustingly one-sided and decided 5 minutes in; that's not remotely fun. I want the older games back that were hour long chess matches, not brief curb-stomps. Thank you, someone else that's been puzzled why they still can't turn the camera around for years!

i think im just mad cus i dont like the changes, hopefully they will see people crying and fix some things, didnt mean to rage so hard

League of Legends is a great game but right now the direction they are heading sucks. I've been playing this game since April 2014 Season 4; not as long as most people but I still love this game its just not as enjoyable. I think season 6 is probably one of the worst seasons ever because of 1 reason: tanky assassins. It's just not fun being against assassins who build 1 damage item and builds tank and still dishes out a lot of damage to everyone and only on meta picks are only playable because everyone else just isn't as strong and there is no variety in the game. I still like league but the way its heading I think I'll sit back and wait till season 7 to see if anything has happened. And along with rotating game mode que most of the games are like old memes now just not enjoyable....Poro king as an example was a great game on release but now it's just so boring. Most people just want urf and 1 for all but all they bring back is Poro King, Ascension, and Hexakill
