leblanc item heal

hello everyone, i'm playing leblanc pretty often now, but i still can't figure out what item gives her health regen/lifesteal. for some reason she just gets her health back in some of the games.

  1. these are the items i use: item 3165 item 3020 item 3089 item 3285 item 3027 item 3135 item 3157 item 3151 item 3001 item 3100 pls help me.

They get gunblade? Rod heals for mana used too

LeBlanc does not have lifesteal. There are a few masteries for sustain, but not even RoA is a good item for her
