Utility aside(I think utility is fun and versatile, and adds a lot to the game) his numbers are simply too high. He can 2v1 quite readily:
His Q base damage is too high. His W damage is too high(1/3 max health, really riot?) His E can, in ideal situations, almost double his health in a fight.
So if you can survive his very solid Q damage, him hitting you for 1/3 of your max HP every 6-10 seconds, and being either stunned or suppressed multiple times, you then have to deal almost twice his health bar"(did I mention he stacks hp?) This seems fair to you riot? Not sure how...
I feel like they need to redistribute his strength. His ult is garbage.
His damage doesn't need to scale so well with HP. That's the real issue. Everyone else has a choice: build glass cannon, build one or two damage items then tanky (bruiser), or build full tank. For TK, it's always build full tank, because you'll still do more damage than a bruiser -- 20 + 4/6/8% bonus HP is insane, and by end-game it's 120 damage or more on top of his spells and also on every basic attack.

Also Devour is a bit ridiculous. Good luck ever catching the enemy carry.

Riot even said at one point he IS a juggernaut, hes supposed to do damage AND tank. He lacks mobility and gap closers.

his survivability is fine if you know that he will have a shield for all the sustained damage you do to him then dont try to burst him 100-0 and be surprised when a shield for the damage you did so far come up damage him let the grey health go and repeat until what ever shield he gets will be minimal then burst him to death. as for his damage his w scales too hard with ap that is pretty much it
I shouldn't be doing a full wukong combo on a full tank Tahm only to have all of that damage be regenerated back AND for him to deal twice as much damage cause of his ridiculous damage. Also... he shouldn't have two health bars... that's just stupid.
I understand his q range but his e range and the aoe on it are stupid. So many times I think I dodged his e nope some stupid splash hits me. His zone becomes unreal on a melee champ.
Agreed. He has 4 summoner spells in one champion.
(flash is for other champions because they move X distance and are untargetable during that time)
