I think I could do something similar for sona, but who else is recommended for 1 handed players? is there a way to bind scrollup/down to abilities that I'm not thinking of?? ty guys, gl.
I've heard that yasuo is a pretty no skill noob champ. (yi might be a good idea, dunno tho)
AA-reliant ADCs are actually not bad choices, and that you want to avoid casters. 
Or like what some others said, get a mouse that has more than 5 customizeable buttons and bind your spells to that.

If it was a more permanent injury I'd suggest a new mouse (Razer Naga has something like 12 buttons?). I'm fairly sure I read about a player that actually has only one hand that plays like that and reached Diamond+.
Wouldn't most AA heavy adc be a good choice? Seems like a champ like draven wouldnt be too bad since most of his game play is moving, attacking, and catching axes. Could probably click the axe instead of hotkey and make it work well.
well any champ that uses a lot of item actives is going to be hard. so that takes off most supports..

What I suggest is a razer naga mouse, with its 12 side buttons. Get used to it and you should be able to play one handed no problemo.
i have the razer naga hex and it has 6 side mouse buttons, i play with 2 hands still but i could easily play with one, not sure if you were looking for an answer that wanted you to buy something :x
