How to get a much better gameplay board no need for the RANT section ^^

It is simple allow users to choose their avatars for example on youtube when i scroll trough comments i always avoid anime and wolf pics if we allow avatars to been rioters can get much better feedback by not reading anime pics it would waste also less time
