Why is Kass disabled?

His E shoots backward after riftwalking. Same with nid pounce->swipe.

Kassadin and Nidalee are both disabled because their cone attacks aren't functioning properly (not aiming in the right direction when moving). The notification is gone, no idea why, but that's why they were initially disabled.
