do not give the youtubers with league unlocked the limited time skins.
i do not have any of these skins, but it feels like its not really fair for the other players that did play at this time and got the skins the way they should have.

counterargument: instead make limited time skins available all the time for everyone.
It's part of the perks that come along being a content creator for the game. I see nothing wrong with it since that alone takes much more investment than just playing the game. You will manage.
